Karen Huffman has over 20 years experience in executive level sales, marketing, and product development management for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100’s. She has worked as an independent contractor and consultant helping companies with digital marketing campaigns, developing websites to improve SEO, implementing e-commerce initiatives, and improving sales force development and effectiveness. She has recruited and led sales and marketing teams from the ground up, including reorganizing sales channels in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Karen has a BS in International Business from Washington State University and an MBA from Boston College with an emphasis in Marketing. She is very excited to be working with Prosperity Catalyst to help empower women around the world.
