Siiri Morley is a passionate women & girls rights activist, social entrepreneur, and change-maker. Siiri is the Founder of Prosperity Catalyst and served as the Executive Director for the first 2 1/2 years of its work.

She currently serves as Executive Director of the Strong Women, Strong Girls (SWSG) team in Boston. SWSG’s mission is to raise ambition for women and girls by fostering cycles of mutual empowerment. Siiri is also a Founding Partner of Prosperity Catalyst’s sister social enterprise, Prosperity Candle. While helping launch Prosperity Candle she managed the company’s sales, marketing, brand management and partnership development efforts. She began her career as a business capacity development advisor with the Peace Corps in Lesotho where she worked with a women-led weaving business for three years.
