Through our work in Haiti, we hope to:

1. Increase the number of scalable business opportunities for women by providing women with viable business skills and employment opportunities

2. Ensure sustainable and scalable market access by exporting through private sector partners

3. Set a precedent for women-owned and run businesses in Haiti. Women earn above a living wage and develop the leadership and business skills to manage and own the enterprise by the end of five years.

4. Support at-risk young women by providing flexible work opportunities, training, and support that enables them to finish school and become community leaders.
