Catherine Gibbons has over 25 years of experience working with civil society and government in the United States, Latin America, and Africa designing and managing community and economic development strategies and emergency programs for children and other low-income and vulnerable groups. She received a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Columbia University with a focus on Finance and Business Management. She has working knowledge of Portuguese, French, and Spanish. She has also written training materials on organizational and project management topics.
