Mike Putnam

Mike Putnam is an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with a deep background in consumer and mobile-focused companies and dual passions for international development and fighting climate change.  He currently is CEO and Founder of Monadnock Energy.  Previously, Mike founded the mobile program at TripAdvisor and also led mobile for Rue La La, a mobile eCommerce leader.  He was SVP of Consumer Marketing at Amwell, a telehealth leader, helping them grow online doctor visits from twenty thousand per year in 2014 to more than six million in 2020. 

He is an active startup investor and advisor, mentoring at Boston Techstars.  He was an early investor and advisor in Maternova, a social enterprise that identifies and distributes life-saving innovations for mothers and infants in the developing world.  He is also a limited partner in two My Climate Journey Collective venture funds, which have invested in more than 70 climate-tech companies. 

He holds a BS in from Stanford, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School where he focused on technology and international development.
